I'm an experienced HR professional with over two decades of expertise in talent management and organizational development. I specialize in helping businesses attract, retain, and develop top-tier talent while fostering a collaborative and dynamic workplace culture. My leadership approach is rooted in servant leadership, ensuring that teams feel supported and empowered to succeed.
